Moo Ping

Moo Ping are Thai grilled pork skewers marinated in garlic, coriander root, soy-based seasoning, and palm sugar, then cooked over charcoal. The pork is tender and lightly caramelised, with a balance of savoury and sweet. They are eaten hot, usually in small portions.
