Boerewors

Boerewors is a fresh South African sausage made primarily from beef, seasoned with spices and vinegar, and coiled into long lengths before cooking. Juicy and coarsely textured, it is grilled rather than cured and eaten hot. The flavour is savoury and spiced but not hot.
