Tajarin al Tartufo Bianco is a Piedmontese pasta dish made with very thin egg-rich noodles dressed simply with butter and finished with freshly shaved white truffle. The pasta is delicate and rich, designed to carry aroma rather than sauce. The dish is minimal by design.
