Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch

Steps

  1. Whisk the coconut milk, water, and sugar in a pot over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a smooth, glossy pudding.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow tray, smooth the surface, and refrigerate until firm enough to cut into squares.
